4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- Pricing is agreed per project.
- Payment can be milestone-based or advance-based.
5. LIABILITY
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
6. LAW
- Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are handled by the competent court in Sofia if amicable resolution is not possible.
